A Virgin Shall Conceive - Isaiah 7:14
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
"Immanuel" means "God with us".
The Virgin Mother Mary conceived Jesus Christ, as a Holy Virgin.
_______________________________________________________________________________
"Us", "Our" - Genesis 1:26
"Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground"
Us and Our refers to God and Jesus Christ (Messiah) and The Holy Spirit.

"My Lord said to My Lord" - Psalm's: 110
Many scholarly Jewish people have been deeply troubled in their hearts to know whom God was talking to When he said "The Lord says to my Lord". Could there be a divinity ? - God The Father, God The Son, God The Holy Spirit ? indeed Yes !
"
The LORD says to my LORD: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”" - Psalms 110
Who was was The Lord talking to ? Certainly David is not Lord, and since this is David, David is saying The Lord (God) says to my Lord (Christ) "sit at my right hand".

Son of David: (Jesus himself references Psalms 110)
"
While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, "What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?" "The son of David," they replied.
He said to them, "How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him 'Lord'? For he says," 'The Lord said to my Lord:
"Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet."
'If then David calls him 'Lord,' how can he be his son?" No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask him any more questions" - Matthew 22:41-44
Jesus was asserting the fact that although he was a descendant of David, he was not a son of David, but rather the Lord that David was speaking of before he came on this earth.
Jesus who had a solid argument to prove Psalms 110 is about Him - Jesus , specifically God speaking to Jesus, A Lord speaking to a Lord.

"Behold, I will send my messenger" - Malachi 3
Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. 2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: 3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness. 4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years. 5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts.
Correlates with: The Lord Jesus Christ sent a messenger John the Baptist, to prepare the way:
Matthew 3:1
"In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah when he said,
“The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
‘Prepare the way of the Lord; make his paths straight.’”
According to the prophecy of the Prophet Malachi, Jesus Christ, Lord and Saviour has already come.

The temple will be destroyed - Mark 13:
As he came out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Look, Teacher, what large stones and what large buildings!” Then Jesus asked him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left here upon another; all will be thrown down.” -
Mark 13
Jesus' prophecy fullfilled: Jerusalem and its famous Temple were destroyed in 70 AD.

Speaking of The Lord Jesus: Isaiah 53:
Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our diseases; yet we accounted him stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted. ( Jesus Christ was crucified on the Cross)
But he was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the punishment that made us whole, and by his bruises we are healed. (Jesus was scourged by the Romans)
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have all turned to our own way, and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. (Jesus died for are sins - Jesus was and is blameless and a perfect offering to God)
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. (Jesus did not say a word: Mark 15: "“Are you the King of the Jews?” He answered him, “You say so.” Then the chief priests accused him of many things. Pilate asked him again, “Have you no answer? See how many charges they bring against you.” But Jesus made no further reply, so that Pilate was amazed.)
By a perversion of justice he was taken away. Who could have imagined his future? For he was cut off from the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of my people. (the perversion of Justice spoke of long before was that Jesus was wrongly and falsely accused and tried of being a criminal - and died as a result for our sins - the "transgression of my people")
They made his grave with the wicked and his tomb with the rich, although he had done no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth. (Jesus had not done anything whatsoever violent nor did he lie)

Jews That Have Come To Christ - Testimonies:
"...We received a phone call from my daughter, one which she found very hard to make, telling us she had found the Lord in Jesus. She had joined a small nondenominational church and was very very happy. Our first reaction, after we hung up the phone, was shock.(Sorry DAf). Hana and I were both upset. Another Jewish person starting to believe in Jesus.
We discussed it at length. We both felt that He had to have been a very powerful and charismatic person, after all, He changed the history of the world and He molded the ways of man for two thousand years. Neither one of us believed He was the Son Of G-d. We calmed down and slowly accepted, over a period of weeks, in our minds that our grandchildren would believe in Him. Naturally quite a bit of time past before we discussed it with Daf again even though we talked on the phone 2-3 times
a week.
I have mentioned David before. I had a 4 year discussion with him about the beliefs of Messianic Jews. Of course I would always take the negative side. Two years ago I read the New Testament. Twice. It was interesting reading from an informational stand point. When my daughter told me she had become a believer I decided I should learn all I could, especially since I wanted to know what my grand children might ask me or tell me when they come to visit.
As I read both bibles I began to see how closely one followed the other. I then started to read about Church history starting from the first century and looked for where the division took place that so alienated Jews and Christians.
I found what I was looking for. I also looked for the proof Yeshua was not the Messiah. The Bibles have all the proof that He Is.
All arguments against Him, I found to be hollow and lacking all proofs. All works I read that were against Yeshua were from an emotional stand point or seemingly from a stand point of fear. In short I found no PROOF He was not the Messiah. I read in the Tanach the prophesies and what had to be full filled for the Messiah to come and He filled them all.
At this point I decided it would hurt nothing if I accepted Him as The Messiah. So mentally I did. Understand, this was all done without emotion. Just a logical 2+2=4 attitude. For me everything has to follow and be in order for me to believe it. I believe H2O is water and CO2 is carbon dioxide. Neither can be something else.
Accepting Yeshua I started to read both Bibles again keeping in mind "I believe in Yeshua" and the Bibles are the word of G-D.
Suddenly there was a whole new meaning in those pages. I also went to Ohalei HaRachamim Synagogue for services few times. I also started praying 3 times a day. I was feeling a conflict in me and I knew some thing was happening.
During this time I was also meeting once a week with David and Eitan (from the synagogue).
On Rosh Hashanah I went to services on Saturday morning. Then the BIG surprise. After the Torah reading ,we said the Blessings and Moshe picked up the Torah, held it high in the air, turned around so all could see the scripture and I received a lightning bolt. A jolt of electricity came from the open Torah and almost knocked me down. I started to weep and I was filled with the most wonderful feeling I had ever had in my life. All at once I felt a change in my body, a warmth spread through me to all parts of me. When I recovered from the shock I had a tremendous feeling of well being. My mind was quiet inside and I felt warm and safe as if in the arms of someone who was comforting me. All anger, resent, and fear left my mind and body. I felt it leave. I just felt great. No tension. No confusion.
The Ruach HaKodesh had filled my body. I just prayed and gave thanks to The Lord Yeshua and G-D Our Father for welcoming me back. I was overcome with emotion and had to leave. I didn't tell David or Eitan until the Wednesday after. I wanted to make sure I was not mistaken. I still feel the same way and Life is so much sweeter. I feel, see, and hear things I never did before. Those of you who have received the Holy Spirit know what I am talking about.
Last Wednesday I was immersed in the Jordan River. What a thrilling experience. The old me is gone and the new me is here. "
Rabbi Joseph Teischman - (firmed his belief that Jesus is God come in the flesh and that Jesus died for Rabbi Joseph's sins and rose from the dead ....Rabbi Joseph considered himself to be a born again Christian.)
Rabbi Loren (link)- ...I began reading the Holy Scriptures for the very first time. After attending a seminar on Biblical prophecy, I read the entire New Testament portion of the Scriptures within a week! Then I began discovering prophecies in the Jewish Scriptures Which predicted the coming Messiah, the Anointed Ruler and Savior sent by God. I was amazed to discover that the prophets of Israel had told us that a descendant of the tribe of Judah, from the royal family of King David, would be born in Bethlehem. According to these prophecies, He would come before the Second Temple was destroyed in 70 AD, accomplish miracles, then suffer, die, rise from the dead, and yet fail to be recognized by the majority of our people! Through the Messiah, God would also establish a New Covenant with the Jewish people (see Jeremiah 31:31-34). To me, the evidence was overwhelming - Yeshua was the promised Messiah of Israel who would reconcile us to God.
Rabbi Kaufmann Kohler - said: "Jewish scholars are making a great mistake when they compare Jesus of Nazareth with Hillel the Elder, the tolerant Tanna, or Philo, the Jewish philosopher from Alexandria. Jesus did not belong to any party. He was a man of the people. In him the Essene ideal of love and fellowship assume a new and grand expression. In contrast to John the Immerser, Jesus felt himself drawn with the power of divine love to the lowest of his fellow men. Being filled with true greatness he communed with shepherds, publicans and sinners, the very people whom the Essenes had regarded as headed for hell, with whom they had no dealings for fear of becoming tainted by contact with them. He ate and drank with them, saying: ‘I came to save the lost sheep of the house of Israel, not those who are well, but who are sick, need the physician. The heart which is filled with impure thoughts is unclean ... Woe to you Pharisees, you clean the outside, but the inside you leave uncleansed and filled with evil. To you, hypocrites, are applicable the words of Isaiah: 'They approach me only with their mouth, and honour me with their lips, but their heart is far from me'. These are the words of a prophet, of a fearless reformer."
Rabbi P Daniel Weiss - said: "Perhaps the writers of the Talmud had made a big mistake by condemning the greatest man of their nation to death; maybe they had had some reason for inventing the most fantastic tales about His birth.
The more I studied the Hagada, the clearer my insight became till at last the exalted though terrifying thought occurred to me that He is indeed the promised Messiah. I compared the explanations of the Talmud with the Old Testament prophecies and saw that all foretold by the holy prophets had from beginning to end been fulfilled in the life of Jesus."
Rabbi Dr. Müller (missing after the Holocaust ) - As Rabbi Dr. Müller turned over the pages of the New Testament, he was astonished to see the well known names of Bethlehem and Jerusalem, as well as many quotations from the Old Testament. That encouraged him to read on, and his interest rapidly increased. Anew world of thought and life was opened to him. Jews believed that women had no soul and therefore needed no religious conversation even with a Samaritan woman. Lepers were shunned in Palestine, but Jesus, showing His sympathy, touched and healed them. He proved by word and deed that God is no respecter of persons, but loves alike Jews, Samaritans and Gentiles. All this was in contrast to the spirit of those days.
The rabbi saw in Jesus the only perfect example, and the true Messiah
Rabbi Sam Stern (Holocaust Survivor)
"I took the New Testament, put it into my pocket and said, "Yes, sir, I will read it. I want to see what the New Testament is really like. I don't know anything at all about it."
In the next few nights I had much to read. Every line, each page, was a great revelation to me as I read with great interest. Opening the Book of Matthew, I was surprised to read that Jesus is of the lineage of Abraham and David. I also noticed that on every page it says "As it is written," which means that it was written in our Jewish Bible. For example, in the first chapter I read that He will be born of a virgin because it is written: "Behold a virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son and they shall call his name Immanuel..." (Isaiah 7:14).
In the 2nd chapter I read that He was born in Bethlehem as it is written:
"Thou Bethlehem in the land of Judah are not the least among the princes of Judah, for out of thee shall come forth a governor that shall rule my people Israel" (Micah S:2).
Also I saw that He shall come out of Egypt, for it is written: "Out of Egypt have I called my son." (Hosea 11:1) Thus reading I noticed on each page and in every chapter constant references to the Old Testament. It became clear to me that this book called New Testament is actually the fulfillment of the Old Testament. I realized that we rabbis were too much occupied with the Talmud and paid little or no attention to our Holy Bible. Then and there I became a Bible believing Jew. I thanked God for leading me to that little mission and decided to dedicate my life to Messiah."
Rabbi Kurt Schneider(link) - Vision - Time travelled 2000 years to the past to see The Lord's Crucifixion
Rabbi Henry Bregman - "
Again, he asked himself: "Where is the High Priest? Where is the Temple with all its ceremonies? Where is the atonement for sins?" The answer came in Hebrews 9:12, "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us."
As Christ obtained our redemption on the eve of the Passover on Calvary's Cross (John 19:14 17), so He became my Passover, my Atonement, my High Priest, and my All in All. He is my "Yom Kippur," not only once a year (on "Good Friday"); but always, having obtained eternal redemption for me."
Rabbi Dr. T. Tirschtiegel - Sometimes he asked himself: Is the Jewish faith the genuine religion? Can a religion which has so little influence on the disposition of ifs adherents really have any eternal value? Where does the soul find redemption, peace and rest?
He confessed to his congregation that he was unable to continue in his office as their Rabbi. He resigned from the Rabbinate and decided to be converted to the truth in Jesus Christ."
Rabbi Ephraim Ben Joseph Eliakim - " that some terrible sin had been the cause of the wrath of Almighty God against His people. Then there dawned upon him the secret of it all - "groundless hate" (Yoma 9b), and a still, small voice expostulated with him, "Cease to hate Me. Love Me and I will give thee peace." The struggle was over, he found a peace that was unbroken till his dying day."
Rabbi Jacobs -"Not long after this conversation Dr. Bell gave the Rabbi a small parcel. On reaching home he found that it contained the dreaded New Testament. He gazed at it, praying that God might protect him from evil. While turning over the first pages, he noticed Jewish names; Bethlehem and Jerusalem were also mentioned. This encouraged him to read on. The lovely story of the birth of Jesus greatly impressed him.
As some passages were not quite clear to Jacobs, he gladly accepted Dr. Bell's offer to read the Bible with him. The better he understood and appreciated the new truths, which Christ revealed about God and man, the more eager he was to continue. Another time Dr. Bell explained what Christ had said about Himself: "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father but by Me". The longer the Rabbi meditated on that text, the more glorious and precious Jesus Christ became to him. Now he understood the 53rd chapter of Isaiah, formerly so mysterious to him. The Sun of Righteousness rose upon him with healing in His wings, and now he rejoiced in Christ as his Saviour."
Rabbi George Benedict - "Though at that time Benedict had not yet come to a living faith in Jesus but had only admired and honoured the noble character of the Nazarene he was courageous enough to state his conviction in a written test. The subject he had voluntarily chosen was: "Jesus a picture of Jewry." He quoted Isaiah 9:2, "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light." He described the human sublimity of Jesus and emphasized that He was Israel's greatest son."
Rabbi Chil Slostowski - "That same evening I began reading the New Testament in my room at Jerusalem. Before opening it, however, I had prayed: "Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law" (Psalm 119:18).
In His grace the Lord heard my prayer and showed me things which I had never seen before. While reading I felt the creation of a clean heart and of a right spirit within me (Ps. 51:10) and there was new light (Ps. 119:105). Like a thirsty man drinks greedily when he has found a spring of fresh, cool water, so I drank in page after page of the New Testament. In one long draught I read the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke until I noticed the clock 3 a.m.!"
Rabbi Charles Freshman - Vision of Jesus -
At last after midnight, he became exhausted, and he fell asleep in his chair. Then he beheld in a dream an image of the Saviour on the cross, and over his head were inscribed the words, "I am thy Saviour". He awoke, firmly resolved to give in his resignation, but again his moral courage failed him and he put it off again.
At last, on the day before the Passover, he once more prayerfully pondered over Gen. 49:10 ("The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until tribute comes to him; and the obedience of the peoples is his." ), then read Isaiah 53, and suddenly, became fully convinced that Jesus is the expected Messiah. Without the least hesitation he now wrote out his resignation and sent it to the president of the congregation.
Rabbi Berg - (concerning an operation for an illness) :
After this conversation the nurse advised the Rabbi to have a rest, but before leaving the room, she handed him her Bible in which she had marked several passages. He tried to rest, but his mind was too active. He wondered at the nurse's biblical knowledge Jewish women are not supposed to take any interest in religion and he was amazed and perturbed by what he had heard and read. Prejudices, doubts and fears arose like clouds, and tried to extinguish the light kindled in his soul by God's Spirit. With trembling hands he took the Bible and read the marked chapters in the New Testament. He seemed to be in a new world. He began to admire Christ hitherto he had not wished to see the Chaplain of the hospital, but now he welcomed his visits. They had many a heart to heart talk about Christ, until one day the Rabbi said: "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God".
Rabbi Asher Levy (note: the name Levy is a priestly order - The Levites)
"I did not know that he was a believer in Jesus Christ: His advice was: "Read Isaiah 53." I then read this well known chapter concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which says that "He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities." I felt urged further to examine the Hebrew Scriptures and found these words written by the same prophet: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulders: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this" (Is. 9:6,7). I also read: ''Hear ye now, O house of David; is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also? Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel" (Is. 7:13,14). "Immanuel" means "God with us".
This proved to me that Jesus was and is the Messiah in Whom all the prophecies were fulfilled."
Rabbi Philipp Philips - "Now he could understand the narratives of the Old Testament in the wonderful light of the New Testament. As God had led his fathers in the wilderness in a pillar of a cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night, so he saw in Jesus the Guide who has to lead us, human beings, on the way of Salvation. He realised that the "half had not been told" to him, and he was converted to this Jesus as his Saviour and God, in Whom he saw the Redeemer of Israel and of the whole human race. He humbled himself and came to Jesus as a poor sinner who did not deserve anything but could just ask for grace. He trusted implicitly God's promises, and could at last understand the words of Isaiah 53:4 5, "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted, but he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
Rabbi Max Wertheimer D.D. -
"I studied about Judaism but it answered no questions, satisfied no craving of my heart. Then I began reading the New Testament and comparing it with the Old Testament. Many passages were read, pondered, meditated upon. One made a definite impression: the fifty third chapter of Isaiah, eleventh verse, last clause: "By His knowledge shall My righteous servant justify many, for He shall bear their iniquities." Here was the only mention of that phrase, "my righteous servant," I could find. It is found nowhere else in the Word of God in either Testament. We have "David, my servant," "Isaiah, my servant," "Daniel, my servant," but here it is: "My righteous servant." I said to myself: "Who is that righteous servant? To whom does the prophet refer?" I argued: "Whoever that ‘righteous servant' of Jehovah is, of one thing I am sure: he is not Israel, because the prophet declares Israel to be 'a sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a leprous nation' (Isaiah 1:4). The righteous servant of Jehovah must be One who is holy. If it isn't Israel, who could it be?" I decided it must be Isaiah. But in Isaiah 6:I found it could never be the prophet for he confesses himself to be a guilty sinner and a man of unclean lips in God's sight. "My righteous servant." Who could it be? Then I began to study the context of the fifty third chapter and in Isaiah 50:6 I found, "I gave My back to the smiters." I pondered that: 'Who gave his back to the smiters?' In the beginning of the chapter it says: "Thus saith Jehovah." Jehovah is the only speaker in the chapter. Jehovah gave His back to the smiters? Had God a back? When and why was it smitten? Who smote it? Further I read: "Who gave His cheeks to them that plucked off the hair." And still further: "I hid not My face from shame and spitting." What did all this mean? Who had been so abused? When? Why? Did Jehovah have all these human characteristics? I studied more and more various prophetic utterances. In Psalm 110:1, it is written: "The Lord said to my Lord, Sit Thou at My right hand until I make Thine enemies Thy footstool." Here was David himself, speaking of his own seed and calling Him "Lord." How did He get up there? Why didn't God specify? Why didn't He speak so plainly to Israel that every Jew could understand?
Rabbi Isaac Lichtenstein - Give my warmest thanks and greetings to my brethren and friends; goodnight, my children; goodnight, my enemies, you can injure me no more. We have one God and one Father of all who are called children in heaven and on earth, and one Christ who gave up His life on the cursed tree for the salvation of men. Into Thy hands I commend my spirit.
Rabbi Leopold Cohn, D.D.- Still halting between two opinions, Rabbi Cohn decided to fast and to pray until God clearly revealed to him what to do. When he began his supplications, he had in his hands a Hebrew Old Testament. Being wholly absorbed in prayer, he was startled when the volume fell from his hands to the floor, and when he bent down to retrieve the sacred book, he saw that it had opened at the third chapter of the prophecy of Malachi, which begins with the words, "Behold I send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me, and the Lord whom ye seek shall suddenly come to His temple, even the Angel of the Covenant whom ye delight in: behold He has already come, saith the Lord of Hosts." Now his entire being was electrified to attention and his every sense of perception awakened. For a moment he felt that the Messiah stood by his side, pointing him to the words, "He has already come." Stricken with a feeling of awe, he fell on his face, and out of his innermost parts came words of prayer and adoration. "My Lord, my Messiah Yeshua. Thou art the One in whom Israel is to be glorified, and Thou art surely the One who hast reconciled Thy people unto God. From this day on I will serve Thee no matter what the cost."
Rabbi Harold Vallins - Vision - "As the prayer was being recited I felt as though I was being transformed onto another plane of life. I suddenly knew that Jesus was in the room with us. I could actually feel Jesus come and stand behind me and put His hand upon my shoulder. And I could hear myself saying, inside my head, ‘Jesus, you are my Messiah, my Lord, my Saviour.' I felt tears in my eyes and felt my whole body was trembling."
Rabbi Azriel Ben Isaac - ("The Loyal") said: I am very happy to declare that my heart and conscience do not trouble me nor do they condemn me over my new faith., because I am still a Jew and will always remain a Jew. I have not denied the faith of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
As Saul of Tarsus (Paul) said, so say I (with the receiving of Jesus into my life as Redeemer and Saviour) as is written in 2 Corinthians 11:22: "Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I"
Rabbi Daniel Zion - (A Burning Fire) - “After I gave up my position (as Chief Rabbi of Jaffa, Israel,) I went to Jerusalem, where for a whole month I engaged in fasting, prayer and supplication. It was then that I asked God to show me the right way, and the eternal God heard my prayer. On the first of Shevat, 5710 (January / February, 1950), the Holy Spirit revealed to me that Jesus is indeed the true Messiah, who suffered for us and sacrificed Himself for our sin. A burning fire in my heart gave me no rest until I had publicly confessed my faith in the blood atonement of the True and living God, the Lord Jesus Christ, the one and only Messiah of Israel.”
Dr. Michael L. Brown - But for me, a Jew (even a non-religious Jew), how could I believe in Jesus? (Please remember: At that time, I didn’t realize that his Hebrew name was Yeshua and that his mother’s Hebrew name was Miriam, or that “Christ” meant “Messiah,” or that he came into the world to save his Jewish people, or that he lived and died as a faithful Jew.) For me, Jesus was only for the Gentiles. (Again, you have to excuse my ignorance!)
